My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seek to hire a Customer Support Team Lead.
This role will suit someone coming from a B2B Customer Service role.
This role is Monday to Friday based in Galway city.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the customer support team to give great service.
* Train and coach team members so they understand our products, systems, and customers.
* Keep the team motivated and focused on reaching goals.
* Help the team work well with other departments like logistics, purchasing, and quality.
* Make sure daily tasks are done correctly and on time.
* Create training plans and make sure the team follows company processes.
* Have regular one-on-one and team meetings to share feedback and updates.
* Report and track customer issues or trends using company systems like SAP.
Requirements:
* Experience leading a team in a busy customer service environment.
* A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
