The role of the Relief Instructor is to deliver high-quality training and development programs for learners. This involves providing systematic instruction according to specified curricula, facilitating participants in developing knowledge, skills, and confidence, and meeting key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Third-level qualification within the Education/Training or Social Sciences sector
* Relevant pedagogical/training qualification - Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 as minimum
* A number of years relevant occupational experience of working with learners in educational, guidance and/or developmental contexts
