The role can work from anywhere in Munster and focuses on developing relationships and delivering strong Financial Advisory services. The role involves travel and comes with a suitable allowance, a strong base salary, and a lucrative, uncapped commission structure.
The Role
* Own the full advisory process: from client fact-finds to tailored financial plans, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
* Grow your pipeline via digital tools, CRM-driven outreach, referrals, and events.
* Partner with accountants, solicitors, and other influencers to expand your network.
* Deliver clear, jargon-free advice on pensions, investments, protection, tax, and estate planning.
* Ensure full compliance with CBI regulations (KYC/AML).
* Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adapt strategies as client circumstances evolve.
* Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.
Who You Are
* QFA‑qualified with strong experience in Irish pensions, investments, and protection.
* Technically strong, ethical, client‑centric, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
