Pleased to work on behalf of a growing Deal Advisory team in Cork who are looking to add a Corporate Finance professional with strong financial due diligence skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly dynamic team with international mandates.
Role:
* Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across various sectors.
* Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
* Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.
* Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
* Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.
* Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Analyse and assist with the preparation of valuation reports.
* Assist with sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments.
Candidate:
* 4+ years experience within Transaction Services focusing on FDD
* Strong academic background
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Fluent English is a must
