Job Title: Transfer Agency Services Manager
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless delivery of transfer agency services to a portfolio of clients. As the primary point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the delivery of TA services to a diverse range of clients.
* Act as the main liaison for clients, fostering trust and open communication.
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage service delivery, guaranteeing timely completion.
* Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, aligning with industry standards.
* Support client due diligence visits and other external audits, maintaining confidentiality.
* Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reporting packs, providing actionable insights.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree and experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial sector.
* Prior experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or fund accounting is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Ireland and the broader funds industry, staying up-to-date on changes.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to adapt to diverse client needs.
