About the Role:Our client, a leading company in the construction/building services sector, is looking for anH&S Advisorto join their team inDublin. You will ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met across all projects.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Prepare and monitor Risk Assessments (RAMS) and safety plans.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, recommending improvements.Carry out site inspections and audits to maintain safety standards.Assist with EHSQ training for staff and contractors.Report on safety performance and keep records up to date.Requirements:NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential .Experience in construction, engineering, or building services .Strong communication and organisational skills.Full driving licence (travel required in Dublin/surrounding areas).IOSH membership or ISO standards knowledge (advantage but not essential).1-3 years experienceWhat's Offered:Competitive salary .Career development opportunities.Health & wellness support.Friendly, safety-focused work environment.
