We are seeking a highly strategic and hands‑on Global Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a 10-month maternity cover contract. Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Service teams, you will lead the infrastructure, processes, technologies, and analytics that power global marketing initiatives across our Healthcare, Clinical Trials, and Respiratory Diagnostics businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale a global marketing operations framework that supports regional flexibility and aligns with commercial priorities.
Own and optimise the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and system integrations.
Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, enabling efficient global marketing programmes, product launches, and industry events.
Define KPIs, build dashboards, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to maximise ROI and revenue growth.
Design and improve lead management processes, partnering with Sales to enhance pipeline visibility and conversion rates.
Maintain database integrity through governance, cleansing, validation, GDPR compliance, and data quality processes.
Support global marketing budget planning, monitor campaign spend and ROI, and recommend performance improvements.
Drive process optimisation by implementing best practices, improving workflows, and increasing adoption of marketing tools across global teams.
Oversee website marketing operations, including content management, campaign launches, CMS/CRM integration, analytics, SEO, tracking, and governance standards.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, regional marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure successful delivery of global initiatives.
Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team, setting priorities, improving efficiency, fostering accountability, and supporting team growth.
About You
You are highly analytical, data‑driven, and experienced in building and implementing marketing operations frameworks and systems. Comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level, you thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy turning complex or early‑stage initiatives into successful outcomes.
You Will Bring
Strong expertise in marketing operations, technology, and process design.
Experience managing CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and system integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proven project and programme management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
The ability to translate large data sets into meaningful insights and optimisation opportunities.
