You will be the first voice of Tesla, serving as an ambassador for our customers throughout their vehicle decision, configuration, and purchase process. Your role is crucial in ensuring a engaging and innovative buying experience that drives lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Qualification: Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, chat, and SMS to nurture and prepare them for a vehicle purchase.
* Scheduling Test Drives: Help our customers experience Tesla products by scheduling test drives.
* Customer Relationship Management: Utilize existing customer relationship management tools to track and manage customers in the pipeline.
* Team Collaboration: Partner with Business and Field Sales Teams to handoff sales opportunities.
Requirements
* 1 Year of Experience: At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and management skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts.
* Communication Skills: Positive and energetic, excellent listening and communication skills.
* Initiative and Adaptability: Showcases an ability to take initiative and be proactive in a dynamic work environment.
