We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Client Engagement Consultant role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting and managing outcomes of various studies, analyzing complex data, and presenting recommendations for business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct client-facing support for MA Encounter Submissions to CMS with end-to-end accountability of client data.
* Understand the entire encounter submissions process and ensure clients are informed and guided regarding CMS and Optum errors.
* Analyze data and perform correction of data on the client's behalf as needed.
* Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning.
* SUPPORT SHORT AND LONG-TERM OPERATIONAL/STRATEGIC BUSINESS ACTIVITIES THROUGH ANALYSIS.
A successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in business/finance analysis.
* High proficiency in SQL required.
* Experience gathering requirements from clients/business and documenting.
* Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and/or evaluation of business processes required.
* Strong experience in direct client management.
* Intermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
* Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally.
