Global Head of Finance Cleantech Position Description Excellent opportunity to join the finance function of a fast-growing VC-Backed Cleantech company with HQ in Ireland and operations in Ireland and overseas.
Reporting to the COO, role will involve: Supporting the SMT (CFO, CEO and COO) to further drive the rapid growth of the business, providing high quality commercial decision support Monthly Reporting - overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts KPI reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership managing and further developing the finance function (Small team of Qualified Accountants and Transaction processing) Treasury - Cashflow management and managing banking relationships Internal Controls ensuring robust internal controls in place Tax lead group tax planning and structuring initiatives Risk Management & Compliance Audit Process - Management of the annual audit process Supporting expansion into new international markets Hybrid working plan Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years PQE and Big 4 training background Strong technical accounting skills IFRS, consolidated accounts and Tax Strong academic track record Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Energy, Technology or Cleantech preferable About our Client Our client is a fast-growing, VC backed company within the energy sector.
