Are you a seasoned professional looking to take on a leadership role in a thriving clinic? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.


About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and management skills. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimising patient scheduling, and managing cancellations to maximise revenue.

You will also drive business growth by developing and implementing performance goals, recruitment plans, and staff training initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and ensure financial sustainability in collaboration with the Medical Director.

We are seeking someone who has proven experience in clinic or operational management, expertise in financial management, HR, and compliance, and strong leadership and team-building skills. Key Responsibilities

* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, optimise patient scheduling, and manage cancellations to maximise revenue.
* Strategic Leadership: Drive business growth by developing and implementing performance goals, recruitment plans, and staff training initiatives.
* Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, manage P&L, and ensure financial sustainability in collaboration with the Medical Director.
* HR Management: Build a strong team by implementing best practices in recruitment, training, and employee development.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Lead health and safety protocols, risk management, and maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
* Quality Assurance: Champion quality improvement initiatives and ensure the clinic meets healthcare accreditation standards.
