As a Senior Manager you will deliver technology‑enabled transformations that build public trust and create lasting improvements across the public sector.
You will bring deep knowledge of Ireland's public sector and political context, exceptional stakeholder leadership, and a proven record of both successful delivery in complex, matrixed environments and in supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead, deliver and support large‑scale transformation programmes across government and public sector clients.
Support sector and account growth within G&P S go‑to‑market strategies, including identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
Support the development and implementation of future‑state operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategies.
Apply project management and change management methodologies to support transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to co‑create solutions that address complex organisational challenges.
Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre‑emptively.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships at senior levels.
Ensure delivery of high‑quality outputs aligned to client expectations and project goals.
Qualifications
A recognised university degree with 7+ years' experience in management consulting or public sector roles, particularly in Transport, Education, Housing, Defence or wider government.
A track record in business development and client relationship management with strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Deep understanding of one or more of the following capabilities: Operating model design, Public sector procurement, Transformation delivery, Programme management, Change management.
Knowledge of the challenges facing Irish government and public sector organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience navigating political and operational complexities.
