This role is for a 4-5 Day week from Monday-Sunday working as part of our online team. It is a temporary position for the busy Christmas period with the successful candidate starting immediately. The contract may be extended based on the requirements of the business
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Processing and dispatching orders made both online and instore in a timely fashion
* Responding to customer queries and interacting with customers to a high standard of customer service
* Updating online processes and spreadsheets daily
* Maintaining company website to the highest standards at all times
* Re-sizing/editing photos to correct specifications for online platforms
* General office management – ordering mailing supplies, etc

* Ability to work independently to tight deadlines

* Excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication skills
* Organised and attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience with digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing channels
* Experience with design platforms such as Canva
* Knowledge of how online platforms work in terms of algorithms, technical aspects
* A good level of written Irish (Gaeilge)
