This is a senior role within a well-established value team, offering visibility across the wider business and close collaboration with trading, finance, marketing and supply chain teams. What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the development and execution of pricing strategy, ensuring relevance to market trends and consumer needs
* Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to guide commercial decisions
* Partner with analysts and category teams to deliver pricing analysis and reporting
* Support campaigns and strategic projects, engaging across the wider business
* Represent the trading team in key forums and retail engagement sessions
About you:
* 3+ years’ experience in a commercial role
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Skilled in Excel and comfortable presenting insights clearly
