The job involves interacting with our customers where you are ready and eager to assist customers with queries, quick to spot an opportunity to go above and beyond in terms of service levels and exceed their expectations, providing amazing customer service experiences which help to make Harvey Norman a great place to shop.YOUR JOB Your Tasks Will IncludeStriking up conversations with customers.Be ready and eager to assist customers with queries at all times.Give diligent adherence to company loss prevention guidelines.Be quick to spot an opportunity to go above and beyond in terms of service levels and exceed customers expectations.Support Sales Team on the shop floor when they are serving customers by retrieving product from the back dock area at the customers request and in a timely manner.Replenish stock on the floor as and when required.YOUR PROFILE Your Knowledge, Skills And Experience IncludeExperience and Qualifications Must have experience working face to face with the public in a customer service role. Preferably have 1-3 years hospitality or tourism service or face to face retailing experience.Customer Orientated Be quick to spot an opportunity to go above and beyond in terms of levels and be passionate about exceeding customers expectations.Experienced Communicator / Good Listener Have the ability to strike up a conversation with customers of all ages.
