Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets through both personal sales and by leading your team to success. Maintain exceptional showroom standards, always ensuring a superior customer experience. Motivate, coach, and mentor your team daily, fostering consistent performance and professional growth. Drive store productivity through ongoing training and development of team members. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely production and delivery of products. Work with clients to ensure their needs and wants are met. Organising advertising and marketing campaigns. Skills & Qualities: Proven experience in selling high-value products Extensive knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and current interior trends. Excellent organisational and communication skills to maintain consistent store standards. Flexible availability, including Saturdays. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members. Skilled in analysing store performance and KPIs to drive results.
