Project Leader Opportunity
A highly experienced project leader is required to oversee the delivery of a large-scale, multi-phase residential development in Dublin City Centre.
About the Role:
* Assume full operational responsibility for the project, ensuring timely completion to the highest standards of safety, quality, and commercial performance
* Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants on site
* Drive adherence to programme, budget, and safety KPIs
* Maintain rigorous compliance with Irish building regulations and quality standards
* Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, and design teams to ensure alignment of project objectives
* Proactively manage risk and implement mitigation strategies
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an accomplished professional with:
* A minimum of 8 years experience in project management roles within a main contracting environment
* A successful track record of delivering complex residential or mixed-use projects exceeding €50 million
* A relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
* Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A results-oriented approach and commitment to excellence in project delivery
