Overview
Procurement Contract Manager (Grade VII) (Permanent Wholetime) at Technological University Dublin. The role leads the end-to-end management of contracts across TU Dublin, covering planning, procurement, supplier performance oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that all procurement and contract management activities are fully compliant with Irish and EU public procurement legislation, with a strong emphasis on achieving value for money and supporting the University’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end management of contracts across TU Dublin, including planning, procurement, supplier performance oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure procurement and contract management activities are compliant with Irish and EU public procurement legislation.
* Collaborate with Procurement Category Managers and Business Partners to align procurement strategies with institutional needs and ensure effective contract governance to deliver high-quality outcomes for the University community.
Details
* Hours of Work: 35 hour working week
* Location: Based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses (Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght); regular attendance at other sites required
* Salary: Grade VII Salary Scale €60,475 - €78,016; appointments at the appropriate point on the scale
