Morgan McKinley are partnering with Clare-based technology company is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.

The role will also include supporting customer onboarding and acting as an important link between end users and the product team, ensuring ongoing enhancement of the platform and a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Growth

* Manage outbound engagement activities, including email outreach, calls, and networking efforts.
* Deliver tailored demonstrations that address stakeholder priorities such as compliance, sustainability, and resident wellbeing.
* Prepare proposals, contribute to tender submissions, and develop supporting materials that demonstrate customer value.
* Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide clarity on system features and device setup.
* Build strong customer relationships through regular reviews, performance checks, and personalised support.
* Recognise potential risks to account retention early and help customers maximise the benefits of the platform.
* Help clients interpret environmental and safety data, ensuring it translates into meaningful insights and actions.
* Capture and log user feedback relating to platform usability, feature requirements, and device behaviour.
* Communicate insights to product and engineering teams to support roadmap planning and enhancements.

Skills & Experience

Essential

* 2–4 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer/account management.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate complex customer environments and grow long-term accounts.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills suited to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Solid organisational abilities and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
* Genuine interest in smart technology, sustainability, and innovation within the housing sector.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
* Confidence conducting product demonstrations and articulating technical concepts clearly.
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
