Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. We are looking to cover 12 hours per week. The rate of pay is €15.40 per hour. The stores we are looking to hire for are in Galway.

The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be our Brand Ambassador who helps make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.
Sales: As someone who loves to meet new people, you’ll confidently connect with customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
* Product knowledge: deliver unforgettable customer experiences
Operations: You’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service in a busy environment.
* Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
* Manage deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory
* Wrap gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards

Important notes
* Contracts will end on 04/01/2025
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, including weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them during the contract.
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, during this peak period, no annual leave will be approved.
