We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the cost management of our construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring project materials, preparing financial reports, and monitoring project expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement including issuing queries, preparing tender reports and appointments in line with project timelines to ensure timely delivery
* Preparing regular financial reports
* Monitoring project expenses and agreeing variations with project teams
* Reporting regularly on project financial performance to senior management
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
* 4+ years experience in construction management with Civils Projects
* Previous experience with main contractors desirable
* Chartered or working towards chartership
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
