Technical Support Engineer – Digital Adoption



About the Role:


A leading digital adoption platform provider is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with their product usage. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences through effective solutions.




* Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience in software support, be fluent in English, and possess problem-solving skills.



This position requires working onsite three times a week at our office where we prioritize inclusivity and support for all team members.
