Job Title: Residence Operations Manager
A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy 500-bedroom student residence. About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist in the overall management of the residence, providing a quality reception service, delivering an exceptional support service for students, and overseeing a rigorous property management regime. They will also be responsible for managing a vibrant summer business activity, providing high-quality guest accommodation.
Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a 3rd level qualification in hospitality management, business, or facility management. A minimum of 2-3 years' front-line management experience in a busy service environment is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organisational, and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service management and delivery. Additionally, they should have knowledge of property/facility management, the student accommodation sector, and the hospitality/tourism industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required, as well as experience with property management/hotel software systems. Demonstrated sound judgement, effective problem-solving, and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations are essential for this role.
What We Offer:
