Company Description
Our client, a privately-owned company specializing in the development and production of Low Emission Technologies are looking for an experienced Quality Administrator to join their expanding team.
This person ensures products or services meet established internal and external standards. They act as a vital link between quality assurance, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance to ensure product safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
8. Quality Inspections & Testing: Perform visual inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
9. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all operations adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
10. Defect Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
11. Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and update procedures, SOPs, and testing plans to enhance product quality and efficiency.
12. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed quality reports, analyze data to identify trends, and maintain accurate records for audits.
13. Collaboration & Training: Work with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive a quality-first culture, providing training on quality standards.
Required Skills
14. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO)
15. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.
16. Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to identify trends and solve problems.
17. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report issues to management.
18. Quality Tools: Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys).
Qualifications
19. Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
20. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
21. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
22. Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a related field
23. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulations.
