Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Coordinating with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and information flow
* Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures, ISO standards, and building regulations
* Managing and supervising junior staff and engineers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge of construction techniques and methods
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office and CAD software
* A good understanding of health and safety requirements in Irish construction sites
