Key Responsibilities: Liaising with customers and clients on a daily basis, dealing and responding to their enquiries and interests.
Such communications may be in person, by telephone, email or social media and as always delivered in a friendly, customer focused and thoroughly professional manner.
Preparation of brochures, reports, letters and all general day to day correspondence.
Working closely with our negotiators to ensure delivery of our service to the highest standard.
Maintenance and upkeep of our database ensuring that all property portals and website feeds are populated in an accurate and timely manner.
Skills and Abilities: Good communicator with strong ability to interact with colleagues and customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft office with ability to learn new skills and systems.
Flexible with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
A keen interest in the residential property market, possessing the enthusiasm and energy required to present valued homes and investment properties.
