Seeking a driven and strategic Key Account Manager/Event Manager to lead client relationships, deliver commercial growth, and oversee the successful execution of digital medical education projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, achieving sales targets, and driving new business opportunities, while ensuring clients receive an exceptional service experience. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the board and leadership team to shape commercial strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Business Development Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead pitch presentations. Use HubSpot to manage pipelines, track leads, and measure performance against targets. Build long-term relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders in the health and education sectors. Account & Event Management Oversee the planning and delivery of online and in-person medical education events for assigned clients. Manage event timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and clients. Provide live event support (moderation, technical checks, troubleshooting) as needed. Ensure post-event deliverables such as recordings, CPD documentation, and client reports are completed on schedule. Project Oversight Supervise team members and external collaborators responsible for technical delivery (web development, testing, and design). Monitor project progress via Trello and ensure all milestones are met. Support quality control and ensure technical outputs align with brand and sponsor requirements. Leadership & Collaboration Participate in company leadership discussions and contribute to strategic planning. Mentor and guide team members to enhance client management and operational efficiency. Foster cross-department collaboration to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes. About You Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in digital media, events, or healthcare. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to meet commercial targets and manage multiple client accounts. Familiarity with HubSpot, Trello, and webinar/event management tools (Zoom, MailChimp, Squarespace, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus. Why Join Us?
