Your Role
As a Senior Embryologist, you'll play a central role in our IVF laboratory ensuring clinical excellence while supporting innovation, training, and compliance. You'll be hands-on with advanced procedures like embryo biopsy and contribute directly to the success and growth of our service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Perform all core tasks in embryology and andrology, including embryo biopsy
* Maintain precise documentation, batch control, and stock monitoring
* Train and mentor junior lab team members
* Uphold high standards through our Quality Management System (QMS)
* Validate new lab processes and equipment in collaboration with the Laboratory Manager
* Ensure full compliance with HPRA guidelines and EU Tissues and Cells Directive
* Foster clear and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues
What You Bring
* BSc in Life Sciences (MSc and ESHRE certification are a plus)
* Minimum 6 years' experience in an IVF laboratory
* Skilled in all IVF techniques, including embryo biopsy
* Experience working with quality management systems
* Strong mentoring abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
* Fluency in spoken and written English
