About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Valuation Surveyor. As an integral part of our Valuations & Advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation reports for a diverse range of clients.
* Work on valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of commercial property & land.
* Landlord & Tenant and related areas, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
