General Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality person-centred care according to residents' care plans
* Get to know residents’ interests and needs, providing attention, support, and companionship
* Promote residents’ mobility, supervising and assisting as necessary to maintain and improve mobility where possible
* Enable and assist residents to maintain personal appearance/hygiene needs while respecting their dignity
* Assist residents with eating/drinking and achieving physical comfort
* Participate in, organise, and carry out social activities
* Maintain high communication levels between residents’ families and staff, developing good relationships
* Adhere to relevant policies and procedures at all times
