I’m currently partnering with a dynamic, high-performing retail business to find a talented and driven Area Manager. This is a high-impact, multi-site leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, performance, and progress.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a group of stores with direct line management responsibility for Store Managers
Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture
Coach and develop Store Managers to consistently deliver commercial and operational excellence
Analyse sales, stock and staffing data to identify opportunities for improvement
Lead store openings, refurbishments, and ongoing district-level projects
Implement and track annual business plans and KPIs for your district
Ensure compliance with all cash management and operational processes
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including regular senior leadership meetings
What We’re Looking For
A 2:1 degree in any discipline, or a minimum of three years' management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organised, analytical, and motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Full Irish driving licence
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop teams
Previous multi-site management experience is a strong advantage
