At Stena Line, we’re seeking a proactive Travel Manager to unlock route-specific opportunities that drive revenue growth, increase passenger volume, and elevate our travel experience across our routes. Some Of Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop route-specific opportunities to drive travel sales and enhance the customer experience.
* Lead the creation of new products, offers, and initiatives for leisure, day trips, and special interest groups.
* Contribute to and implement regional consumer PR strategies, with a focus on both digital and traditional media.
* Develop and execute a regional content strategy across all channels, including storytelling-driven campaigns.
* Collaborate with onboard and port teams to deliver integrated customer experiences.
* Build regional partnerships to drive growth through the creation of compelling joint initiatives.
* Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements
* Experience in a managerial role within sales or marketing
* Degree-level education in marketing, communications, or a related field
* Experience in consumer PR, with a focus on content creation and campaign development
* Skilled in developing content strategies and producing high-quality digital and print materials
* Commercially savvy with a track record of driving sales
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions
* Self-motivated and collaborative, comfortable working across teams and independently.
* Full driving license required
* Flexibility to travel
