* Carry out precise air and hydronic balancing on commercial, industrial, life science, and healthcare HVAC systems.
* Conduct thorough system performance assessments, including airflow, static pressure, pre-commissioning, commission ability studies, and water flow measurements.
* Analyze mechanical drawings and specifications to verify system design and proper installation.
* Produce accurate and detailed technical reports in accordance with project requirements and industry standards (e.g., CIBSE, BSRIA etc.).
