Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our organization by planning and delivering a range of marketing and business development initiatives. As a Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will play a key part in driving client engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth through close collaboration with senior stakeholders and partners across the firm.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of firm-wide and practice-specific BD plans, managing submissions for legal directories, award entries, and thought leadership content, planning and delivering events, client seminars, sponsorships, and internal initiatives, coordinating marketing collateral, pitch documents, CVs, and client-facing materials, creating and updating content across web, social media, and internal platforms, and managing client data and mailing lists, ensuring CRM systems are accurate and compliant.

* Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and partners across the firm to identify opportunities and develop solutions
* Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure strong partnerships and customer satisfaction


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* At least 35 years of experience in a similar marketing or business development role, preferably within professional services
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
* Experience managing events, digital content, and client-facing projects
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., InterAction, Vuture, WordPress, Canva)
