Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Site Manager located in Dundalk.
The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and resolving on‑site issues.
The role requires leadership and communication skills to guide site teams and ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, site supervision, and resource allocation
Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards, with expertise in renewable energy projects
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Proficiency in communication and ability to lead cross‑functional teams
Familiarity with engineering or construction software tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects
Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Italian or Arabic) are a plus
