Trustap is on the move We are a well-funded startup offering exciting new technology to the ever-growing electronic payments industry. Our unique product shields users from the risks associated with peer-to-peer transactions by briefly holding payments until the pre-agreed milestones have been met. Great news for users, terrible news for scammers

We recently launched our WooCommerce and Shopify plugin, allowing eCommerce stores to accept payments securely via Trustap. We are now looking to build on this success by appointing a passionate, ambitious Partner Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate will have both technical knowledge and strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide prospective partners through the integration process.

This role is based in Cork.

Responsibilities

* Take ownership of onboarding new partners once the sales team has closed a new partnership.
* Take the required information/documentation from the sales team to complete the user's accounts.
* Completing test transactions with the partner to ensure they are successfully onboarded.
* Responsible for managing the backlog of partners to be onboarded, including prioritising the support work required from the development team and providing updates on the progress of this onboarding to the commercial teams.
* Provide our product team with relevant feedback and insight through your engagement with our partners to raise new feature requests to improve our partnership offering.
* Provide our Customer Support team with relevant updates relating to the nature of transactions and users they should expect from new partners.
* Hand over the partner to a designated account manager once they are fully onboarded.
* Communicate with the AM throughout the onboarding process (bcc'ing in all emails, regular updates etc. )
* Responsible for continuous audits of all live partnerships to ensure that they are optimised with our latest technology.
* Communicating any potential upgrades to the relevant account manager.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Design or a related field.
* Technical experience working in software development teams - bonus points for FinTech
* Strong technical understanding of B2B software and SaaS platforms.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to identify issues and opportunities in order to improve our products for the benefit of our partners.
* Organisation skills to prioritise and manage the backlog of partners to be onboarded and new features to be added while communicating this process to the internal commercial teams.
* Experience working in agile development environments and using data-driven decision making
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* A data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for continuous improvement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to travel as needed.
