Job Description:

TTM Healthcare is recruiting a Community Clinical Partner Lead (CNM1) for Ireland's leading Intellectual and Neurological disabilities services.

The role is based in Dublin, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It is a hybrid role covering the Dublin area.

The Role:
The Community Clinical Partner, reporting to the Regional Head of Clinical Support Services, will provide support and clinical oversight in each assigned service, ensuring the implementation of organisational clinical policies and procedures, full compliance with statutory and legislative standards.
Operating within a social model of disability, you will ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities receiving Cheshire Ireland services. As part of the Eastern Community Team, you will support clinical assessments and promote professional development among staff.

Who we are looking for:
Hold a nursing qualification and be registered with An Bord Altranais in the general and/or intellectual division.
Minimum of two years' experience at CNM1 level or above.
Experience in care delivery and awareness of HIQA standards.
Experience in delivering training.
Driving license and willingness to travel for work.
Desire for personal and professional growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
