Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in Vehicle sales, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role. A hands-on manager with a strong track record in both team leadership and personal sales performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team. Full, clean drivers licence required.
