As part of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our expanding team.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of projects according to contract requirements, time limits, company quality standards and construction regulations.
Attend the Project Handover meeting to receive the full project package and develop the QEHS documents.
Set up the Site Office and Stores with QDG signage erected.
Maintain the Site Office and Stores to a high standard throughout the project.
Coordinate mechanical services and builder work drawings.
Issue bi‑weekly P&T HILTI reports.
Maintain the master requisition schedule.
Order materials and check plant delivery dates ensuring on‑programme delivery.
Record deliveries, liaise with suppliers and issue signed delivery dockets to Procurement.
Assist payroll with Timesheet queries.
Manage sub‑contractors and direct staff on site regarding safety, quality, and coordination of installations.
Assist Project Engineers in delivering Quality Assured Documents at milestones.
Attend site meetings.
Attend whiteboard meetings with the main contractor to review daily updates.
Ensure all installations on site meet QDG standards.
Assist the Contracts Manager in producing a programme of works for the project.
Oversee commissioning and testing of mechanical services.
Conduct project closedown actions and decant from site.
Desired Criteria
Previous project management experience of HVAC installations on a healthcare project.
Proficient use of all MS Office programmes.
Excellent communicator and leader, able to motivate self and others to meet stringent deadlines.
Full driver’s licence is required.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining a strong focus on performance improvements in day‑to‑day tasks.
