Grade VII Office of Regional Clinical Director, HSE Mid West
This post is confined to staff currently employed within HSE Mid West.
The vacancy available is temporary and whole-time.
Purpose of the Post:
The Business Manager will:
Ensure that the Regional Clinical Director (RCD) has the necessary support available to them to enable them to fully discharge the functions of the role.
Support the RCD in the delegation of work to their direct reports (or to other senior managers) and in the oversight of work that has been delegated.
Support the Chief Clinical Director (CCD) office.
Manage the operation of the RCD's and CCD's office ensuring effective organisation of their and the RCDs and CCD's time and management of relevant commitments.
Co-ordinate and manage the preparation of documentation in respect of meetings arranged for and those attended by the RCD.
Ensure that the RCD is furnished with all required papers, (including concise summaries of key information and up-to-date data) and that they are fully and accurately briefed well in advance of any required attendances.
