This role is for a high-density apartment project in Dublin. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Guiding your site team from conception to completion. Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments. Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets. Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. Key requirements: Extensive experience working as a PM with a principal contractor. Experience working on similar sized rc frame developments. Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
