We are partnering with a rapidly growing company to fill the position of 2nd Line Support Engineer.
The Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a busy and supportive environment, working with a range of technologies deployed in Northern Ireland and across Great Britain.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer in a similar role or MSP background.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the help desk and address user issues effectively.
* Occasionally travel to the UK mainland to provide on-site and hardware support (note: travel is infrequent).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrate proficiency in Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, and networking principles.
* Strong troubleshooting skills in various technologies.
* Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to interact with company owners, directors, and senior managers confidently.
* Eager to apply troubleshooting skills in a new and challenging environment while learning and growing professionally.
* A valid driver's license due to the travel aspect of the role.
