Job Title: Finance Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, the Finance Administrator will be responsible for:
* Producing monthly management accounts, financial and operational reporting
* Preparing and consolidating annual budget process, annual financial statements
* Supporting the ICT and finance teams in producing reports and tracking finance and contract documentation
* Preparing monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
* Assisting with month end activities, including preparing and posting journal entries
* Maintaining open communications with colleagues and assisting with ad hoc assignments as agreed
Essential Criteria
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) Level 4 qualification or equivalent
* Have relevant experience working within a Finance or Business domain, preferably involving financial accounting systems
* Be competent in MS Word and MS Excel skills
* Have proficient Management & Delivery skills, including Communication, Relationship Management, Proactivity, and Decision-Making
