Overview
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Director of Nursing on behalf of a leading Nursing Home group based in Kildare.
This is a full-time permanent contract working 39 hours per week.
Salary ranges from €80k to €100k per annum DOE - 10% bonus applies (very achievable).
The group boasts a record breaking 98% occupancy rate.
This is a 60+ bedded residential facility.
The successful candidate will be supported by a Regional Director, HR department, a recently expanded Finance department, Occupational Health and in house administrator and a Bed Manager, an ADON and a CNM.

Full NMBI registration
Post-Graduate Qualification in Management
Must hold (or be in the process of completing) a post-graduate qualification in healthcare management or a related management discipline.
Examples include:
Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management, or
Level 8/9 qualification in Management, Leadership, or similar
Courses must be at NFQ Level 8 or higher
OR
Have 3 years recent experience working as a DON in an Irish Nursing Home setting
Full clean drivers license
