Financial Reporting Lead
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial reporting function and drive improvements in business processes.
About the Role
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of finance professionals responsible for preparing management accounts, statutory statements, and board packs.
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to support senior leadership decision-making.
* Oversight of external audits and compliance filings including quarterly bank reporting and VAT returns.
The Ideal Candidate
A qualified accountant with at least 5 years' post-qualified experience in financial reporting or senior accounting roles. Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
