Job Description
A highly experienced project leader is required to manage a long-term housing project in Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK, with at least 5+ years of experience at senior level.
Responsibilities:
* Exemplify good timekeeping and set a positive example for all workers
* Take responsibility for health and safety on site
* Adhere to the project schedule and budget throughout the project
* Manage the completion of the project within the specified timeframe
* Coordinate with the technical team for material certifications and DoP's
* Report design team issues and changes to the project manager
* Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors, review progress, and maintain detailed records
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience at senior level working on large-scale construction projects (Ireland or the UK)
* Experience in the finishing stages of residential units
* Proven track record of managing high-volume, high-quality apartment projects
* Excellent leadership and attention to detail skills
