Job Title: Service Bookings Advisor
This is a key role in advising customers on the care of their vehicles and explaining the importance of maintaining them according to specific standards.
The position provides a link between highly trained technicians and customers, delivering customer-focused service from our Frank Keane location.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact with customers either in person or by telephone/email, seeking to convert inquiries into service bookings when appropriate.
2. Inspect customer vehicle service history to accurately identify and verify all customer needs, ensuring that all concerns are correctly captured on the job card.
