As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of an office and meet sales targets.
* Lead a team to achieve sales targets in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines
* Work closely with customers and prospects, particularly in the Commercial and Agri sectors
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Support regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers
* Ensure efficient and compliant processes align with industry standards
* Monitor team performance and sales activity
* Participate in local networking opportunities and community partnerships
