Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Coordinator in West Dublin.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Fully office based.
Main duties: Manage incoming customer enquiries and requests through phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and update customers on order status.
Provide support to external sales representatives and ensure they have up-to-date client and order information.
Maintain accurate and well-organised records of all client interactions, quotations, and transactions.
Assist walk-in customers at the trade counter when required.
Carry out general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document management.
Main requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
