They are seeking a strong Commercial Manager to lead and strengthen the commercial function and support continued success across multiple active projects.Location: Dublin North - SwordsCompany: ConstructionContract Type: Full-time, PermanentRoleAs Commercial Manager, you will oversee all commercial activities across the business, managing a small but capable team of 3–4 Quantity Surveyors. You will report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in maintaining margin control, contract compliance, risk mitigation, and commercial reporting across the company’s portfolio of work.
